Our business Nu Film, Foil and Paper is a specialist supplier of a large number of materials to the plastic and paper card manufacturing sector, both in Europe and the U.S.A. Materials such as PVC, PET G, Core and Overlay. And many more besides.

NUFFP have been sourcing raw materials and laminating their own range of FSC certified Paperboard grades for over five years.

One of our key USP’s is our ability to combine different SBS grades in our card structures to maximise things such as stiffness.

Below is a brief overview of our stellar range of paperboard products:

Jupiter

Our Premium product with top of the class stiffness and whiteness that has the feel of a plastic card. Jupiter is multilayered and designed for optimum performance when cutting & punching.

  • 100% recyclable

  • FSC® certified

  • Fully compostable

  • Biodegradable

The standard product is available in 720 mics / 28pt - (680gsm) but other thicknesses are also available

Solar

Designed for longer run gift and loyalty card production, lighter weight cards and carrier boards, this is a superior multi-ply SBS board and we recommend this product when both economy and appearance are the key requirements.

  • FSC® certified

Available as standard in:

360um - 14pt - (330g g/m2)

600um - 24pt - (510 g/m2)

710μm - 28pt - (610 g/m2)

Saturn

Our highly economical gift card product. The yield of our Saturn board is fantastic and represents excellent value for money.

  • 100% recyclable

  • FSC® certified

Available as standard in:

610um - 24pt - (480 g/m2)

710μm - 28pt - (540 g/m2)

810μm - 32pt - (590 g/m2

Saturn is a fully coated (both sides) SBS grade as is our carrier board grade albeit fully coated on the front and lit coated on the reverse.
