We offer an excellent range of paperboard products for the production of paper-based gift cards, loyalty cards, and more. Our materials are all 100% recyclable and FSC® certified, and are suitable for a wide variety of applications and finishes. Our laminated products (600 mics and above) are made from SBS materials sourced in Scandinavia and Northern Europe and laminated by our exceptional partners in the U.K.

The standard product is available in

720μm / 28pt - (680gsm) 360μm / 14pt - (330gsm) but other thicknesses are also available

Designed for longer run gift and loyalty card production, lighter weight cards and carrier boards, this is a superior multi-ply SBS board and we recommend this product when both economy and appearance are the key requirements.

Saturn is a fully coated (both sides) SBS grade as is our carrier board grade albeit fully coated on the front and lit coated on the reverse.

We can offer a variety of carrier card grades all with a great print surface and high whiteness that will provide the perfect platform to showcase your paper gift card. Whether you want to produce a full coverage carrier or provide a high white back drop.

Our carrier boards are available in all the standard thicknesses.
